"Customer Service Came Through!!!"
After my experience with customer service, I give them 5 stars! I ordered a Youth Medium sweatshirt as a Christmas gift. When it arrived, I realized it would be too small and sent an email asking to exchange it for a Youth Large. Admittedly, it took a few weeks to get a response--but I'm sure they were swamped with holiday orders and Covid issues (aren't we all?!)--but from that point on, they were VERY attentive and timely! They immediately offered to replace it with a larger size AT NO COST TO ME. It arrived promptly and in excellent condition. My son was understanding of the arrival time and is EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the product!

"I would like to commend your staff"
I would like to commend your staff. I placed an order and made a typo in my email address and never received a confirmation. I sent an email looking for assistance and within a very few days, I was given the information needed and assurance that my items were on their way.

"The customer service is superd"
The employees at this place are top notch; their customer service respondents were amazing. They replied very swiftly to my inquiries and provided the exact details I was looking for. They were also very sweet and polite unlike most customer services. I had some inquires about their sweatshirts and they answered all of my questions which helped me with my purchase a lot.
