"Sizing question took too long to get answered"
I ordered a hoodie and had a question about the sizing before it shipped. I sent a message and didn’t hear back for around a few days, so by the time they replied, it was kind of too late. The response was basic too and didn’t really help fix anything. The site itself is fine, but customer service definitely needs to be quicker.

"They Came Through in the End"
I had a bit of a hiccup with my order and wasn’t sure how it was going to go at first. I reached out to support, and we had to go back and forth a couple of times to get everything figured out. It wasn’t instant, but they stuck with it, got the issue sorted, and made things right. By the end of it, I was relieved and happy with how they handled it.

The return took forever, and support didn’t really do much to help. I already had a feeling it was going to be a hassle, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. Every time I reached out, I felt like I was getting vague answers instead of actual help. Definitely not a smooth experience.

I wore this the other day it was way softer than I was expecting. No scratchy feeling or anything weird like that, which was nice. Had it on pretty much all day and didn’t really think about it, so I guess that says enough...

"Easy tracking, no hassle"
I ordered a hoodie from Prep Sportswear the tracking was super easy to keep up with. They sent me an email with the link, and it updated when the hoodie shipped and again when it was out for delivery. No guessing, no random weird delays, nothing like that. The package showed up exactly when it said it would, so yeah, smooth overall and no stress at all.

"Super easy exchange, honestly no hassle"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size hoodie, which was totally on me, and I was kind of expecting the exchange to be annoying because that’s usually how these things go. But it was actually really straightforward, like they just sent the steps clearly and I didn’t have to keep emailing back and forth or wonder what was happening.

The replacement showed up faster than I thought it would too, so that was a nice surprise. Overall it just felt easy and low-stress, which I really appreciated, and yeah, I’d definitely order from them again.

"I really did like the design when…"
I really did like the design when it arrived and at first I was happy with it, but after just a few washes the print started cracking, the fabric felt like it got thin way too fast, and for what I paid I expected it to last a lot longer, so while it’s not the worst thing I’ve bought, I probably wouldn’t order it again.

I ordered a couple shirts and a hoodie from Prep Sportswear, and the fit was about what I expected. The mediums all fit like mediums, which isn’t always the case with stuff like this. Washed them a few times and haven’t noticed any weird shrinking so far. Makes it easier to order again when you don’t have to guess every time

I just used the site the other day i was surprised by how many teams they had listed. My school is tiny, so I figured I’d have to search forever or maybe not find it at all, but it popped up right away. Since it was so fresh and easy for me, that really stood out. My order from prepsportswear.com showed up in great shape, and I was happy with the packaging. The shirt was folded nicely, there were no weird smells, and the bag wasn’t ripped or crushed at all. I’ll admit, I liked the items I found on prepsportswear.com at first, and I did end up placing the order. But the checkout process was more frustrating than it needed to be. The page felt slow, then it refreshed and made me re-enter my information, which was annoying. The shipping cost also didn’t show up until later than I expected. I guess it worked out in the end, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience. I’d probably only order again if I really couldn’t find what I needed somewhere else.

The shirt itself was fine, but the color was a lot brighter in the photos online. In person, it looked dull to me. Maybe I just misread the pictures or expected too much, but it wasn’t really the shade I thought I was getting.
